Awarding institutions

Awarding institutions can use it to

  • identify the appropriate entry point for trainee teachers with potential AP(E)L on their journey towards the qualification for their role
  • to establish where legacy qualifications did not have sufficient coverage of the new mandatory units of assessment
  • to identify specifications for additional top up modules or to clarify professional development needs to address changes that have been introduced over time and would not have been covered by legacy qualifications.
